ABOUT THE APPROACH
You should come here if...
If you are tired of carrying everything on your shoulders and have long since lost your energy, here you can breathe out and start returning to yourself, step by step.

If you can't hear your body, or it feels like it's “disconnected” from you, here you will begin to restore contact through movement, breathing, sound, and simple presence.

If you are tense, anxious, or depressed, here you will learn to notice what is happening inside and find a way to ground yourself.

If you find it difficult to ask for help but really want someone to be there for you, you will not be alone here. We will be there for you, without pressure, respecting your boundaries and pace.

If you haven't felt joy, desire, or liveliness in a long time, this is the place where these feelings can begin to awaken again.

Approach
By working with the psyche through conversation, movement, and voice, we don't just “deal with the past” — we clear up our inner space, restore contact with our bodies, and bring back clarity, a sense of self, and vitality.
This work is not only about trauma. It is also about joy, pleasure, and physical freedom, which were once a natural part of life — and can return.
The body and voice carry emotions, memories, and unconscious experiences — things that the mind can repress, but the nervous system continues to hold onto.
My work is based on a process-oriented approach to therapy, which helps me not to direct the client, but to carefully follow what is already beginning to emerge from within: bodily impulses, sensations, emotions, images, movements, sounds.

This allows me to work gently, at my own pace, without pressure, relying on the wisdom of the body and mind.
My focus is to create a space where these layers can be gently touched, without overload, with respect for personal boundaries and the “here and now” state.
What is important here is not form and technique, but contact. Presence. Trust in the body and the process.
